Terms of sale

This shop is operated by Evita Beauty Store, based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@evitabeauty.co.uk or through our contact page.

• When you place an order, you offer to buy the products in your bag at the prices shown.
• The contract is made when your payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation email, not before.
• If we cannot accept an order, for example because stock ran out, we tell you and refund anything you have paid, in full.
• You can check and correct your details at every step before you pay.

• Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
• Delivery costs are shown before you pay and added to the order total.
• Payment is taken when you place the order, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna, processed securely by Stripe.
• If a price is displayed wrong because of a genuine error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery options, times and prices are on our delivery page. Times are estimates, and we tell you if something changes. The products become your responsibility when they reach your delivery address.

Returns, refunds and your cancellation rights are on our returns page. You have at least the 14-day cancellation right the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you, and every right the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you over faulty goods.

• We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours can differ slightly in person.
• Cosmetics are personal. Read the ingredient list before use, patch test anything new, and stop using a product that irritates your skin.
• Follow the usage instructions on the packaging. We are not responsible for reactions caused by ingredients a product clearly lists.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to meet these terms. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses, because this shop sells to consumers only.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it: for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The text, images and design of this shop belong to us or our suppliers. You are welcome to browse, share links and shop. Copying the content for another commercial use needs our written permission.

We update these terms when the shop or the law changes. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published here on the day you placed it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a dispute ends up in court, the courts of England and Wales handle it, unless you live elsewhere in the UK, in which case you can use your local courts.
