We pack orders within one working day and deliver across the UK and Europe. Prices include VAT.
Delivery options
- Standard delivery, £3.95. Two to three working days. Free on orders over £40.00.
- Express delivery, £6.95. Next working day when you order by 2 pm, Monday to Friday.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. An order placed after 2 pm on a Friday ships on Monday.
When your order leaves us
We pack every order within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. You get an email when it is on its way, and you can follow the status any time under your orders.

- Portugal
Delivery times above are for the UK mainland. Orders to the rest of Europe can take up to five working days. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
If something goes wrong
A late or missing parcel is ours to fix. Contact us with your order number and we will track it down or put it right. If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and tell us within 48 hours so we can sort a replacement.
